Your observation is right sir. I think the above named page is a vanity page. There is no proof to extablish his notability. Actually the original article was about a cartoonist.I had checked it before a month. But somebody blanked the page and made absolute change to the original article.Now the article seems to be the biography of a non notable american malayali. Hi Clt13, the above article was tagged as a prod in the past (by me) and was de-prodded. Per WP:PROD, it cannot be tagged as a prod again, since prod is for uncontested deletions only.
