Finnish football
Hi there! I notice you've done a few edits on Tampere United players. I set up the page for Jussi-Pekka Savolainen but I have very few biographical and career details for him. Do you have any other information on him that could be added to the article? Thanks.
It's good to hear from someone who sounds like they have some kind of arm in the door as regards Finnish soccer. If you view one of the old versions of my sandbox (if you're interested, it's this one) you will find that I have a whole list of around 300 footballers who either ply or plied their trade in Finland during calendar year 2005. I can't entirely remember where I took my lists from, although I guess it would be worth seeing if you can get updated lists from here (my knowledge of Finnish, although on a good day it can be present, is more likely somewhat rusty at the present time).
Sadly, from what I can see, Jussi-Pekka Savolainen doesn't appear to be one of them, however, there is a good list of 300+ to go on. I will see what information I can put together, and I will attempt to post it within the article. I hope this helps with our quest to bring information on Finnish footballers to Wikipedia.
