I've been receiving so many emails and messages from my Muslim friends requesting not to release on that day, as they would be unable to go for the film.[5]
It was released in India across 2,000 screens, 500-700 of which were in 3D, which is the largest 3D release in India.[citation needed] Overseas, it was released across 411 screens.[citation needed]
