The article already had a good main body, but I tidied up the English and added in "Size and Sales" and "History" sections.

I unmerged Stella Artois by reverting that page and removing the section. I can't fathom a reason why one beer should be singled out for inclusion on this page. Added "Canada, " to the Budweiser and Bud Light listings. See http://www.inbev.com/brands/2__3__92__budweiser.cfm. These beers are brewed by Labatt in canada hence the InBev connection.
