Hmm...I think you are right. All the lists of episodes have "e" for the word "episodes" not capitalized. I just checked and the problem is that there is already a page with the name "List of Defiance episodes" that redirects to the main article of the series Defiance. And there is also a page with the name "Defiance episodes" that redirects to the list here! :/ This is a little mess.
