I dont think so. I removed the emblem because usually emblems are not used in war/battle infoxes, while flags are usually added. The case of the article about the Arab Liberation Army is different, as there the infobox is a war faction infobox, where the adding of logo, flag, shoulder sleeve, etc... is welcomed.
