Mambo! was Elena Paparizou 5th C.D. single and the first from her new album Yparhei Logos. There was two versions; a Greek version and a English Version. It was number one for 10 weeks and Christmas number one in Greece. It was announced in April 2006 that Elena is planning to release the song Mambo! in many countries worldwide. SONY BMG has planned to release the song in Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Turkey, and Spain. Big records companies of France, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, Canada, South Africa, and Australia will also promote the song. The Scandinavian promotion of the song will be from Bonnier. In American Mambo! will be remixed along with My Number One by Moda Records. Sweden was the first countrie apart from Greece that Elena has released Mambo!

Music video
The music video for Mambo! sees Elena dancing in an office to begin with. She makes everyone dance in the building. At the end Paparizou is doing a dance scene with dancers in the background. The video aired in February 2006 four months after the single was released in Greece. In mid May a new video for Mambo! was shot to be released internationally.
