It was an [[SS]] photo distributed to the SS offices for use on the walls on buildings and headquarters of the SS; the SS held all publishing rights for propaganda services until it was dissolved, I don't see why this is coming up in dispute. I believe it's also in the book 'Heinrich Himmler; A Photographic Chronicle of Hitler's Reichsfuehrer-SS' by Martin Månsson, ISBN: 0764312022 [[User:Nagelfar|Nagelfar]] 18:41, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
