== They will make history ==
This quote that "well behaved women seldom make history", taken out of context is a very sad mantra for young women because it can turn into a mantra of bitterness and envy. In chinese thought men are mor Yang and women are more Yin. In that context the statement makes sense. But as soon as the quote becomes a mantra of complaint then it quickly leads down a false path. In fact the Tanach proves that well behaved women will be remembered for eternity. Look at Rachab. She believed and acted in accordance with the law and helped Israel to prosper. Look at Deborah. She was righteous and was a great Judge and will be remembered for ever. Look at Esther she saved a whole Nation because of her adherance to the word. And in modern times look at Margarette Thatcher who ruled the nation of "Brit Ish" which means Covenent Peoples. Look at mother Theresa and how her pure heart changed the world. And how about Aretha Franklin who is known for proclaiming in sogn the greatness of G_d. Oh don't be decieved keep your eye on the most high and you will be remembered for ever. I am telling you the truth.

Quotation

The altered quotation is found, both on the web and in print, in both versions -- "seldom" and "rarely." I haven't tracked down either original quotation -- but suspect she actually said/wrote both versions in different venues. Can you think of any reason to prefer either version over the other? Comments welcome. WBardwin 07:46, 14 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
