As far as [[Freedom (album)]] goes, the general rule is to avoid disambiguating until it becomes necessary until you really need to. Go ahead and keep it the way it is for now, and when someone makes the article on the Neil Young album, they can figure it out. Only worry about disambiguating if you need to, otherwise you're liable to make it more difficult than it needs to be.
