First of all, if you are actually Joe Pichler's brother, I hope that you find some peace and closure soon.

Secondly, I moved your comments at the end of the Joe Pichler article to the [[Wikipedia:Talk page|talk page]] for [[Talk:Joe Pichler|the article]]. The article's page is for encyclopedic information about the subject. Comments about the article and it's subject that are not encyclopedic in nature go on the talk page of that article. For instance, if you set up some kind of web site or something for collecting tips and information on where Mr. Pichler may be then that can go on the article's page as long as it remains in a neutral point of view (see: [[WP:NPOV|NPOV]])
