Just wondering what you mean by "Most Sources" refer to the album with with a capital "H"?...most sources will not be attempting to preserve the artistic license employed by David Bowie by intentionaly using a lower case "h" (and single apostrophe's as quotations)...quite frankly, they are more concerned with content than style. I think Wikipedia can cater to both.

The ablum itself is titled 'hours...' (not "Hours...") and that distinction should be recognized on wiki pages refering to it.
