Night Whispers is the third book in the Omen of the Stars series. Jayfeather, Lionblaze and Dovepaw must work together and use their powers wisely, or the battle with the cats of the Dark Forest will be lost.
The book centers around the prophecy "After the sharp-eyed jay and the roaring lion, peace will come on dove's gentle wing," given to Dovepaw in The Fourth Apprentice.
It was also revealed on Kate Cary's blog that there will be a new point of view - a cat in another Clan. The cover features Flametail. It is rumoured that the new point of view is his.
