Any issues with my articles, please let me know
Proposed deletion of Ethnic minorities in Georgia (country)
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Ethnic minorities in Georgia (country), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- incomplete
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
I have boldly redirected this article you've created back to the main article and restored the old section. A separate article was completely unjustified in this case, as it is not a common practice and international response has not been large enough to merit another article anyway. Best, —Anonymous DissidentTalk 12:54, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
- I will note that it is possible in the future that such an article may be necessary, but creating a whole new article when the international reaction is so minimal and undeveloped is not necessary. Discretion should be used. —Anonymous DissidentTalk 13:02, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Hi, do you know is 12 the final number of teams that will compete in next year's Azerbaijan Premier League? And will it be played in two rounds (22 games each) or three rounds (33 games)? Anyway, any new information about number of games, teams and relegation spots you know would be gladly appreciated. Thanks, bye! SonjiCeli (talk) 18:16, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

Hi, I noticed that you put a speedy deletion tag on Battle of Alexandropol. Thanks for your help and input in trying to indicate bad articles; however, I am going to have to disagree with you on this. First of all, while it is a problem for an article to lack sources, this is not a criterion for speedy deletion. Second, and more importantly, this article is more than two years old; there is certainly no need for speedy deletion. If you think this article should still be deleted (and I don't, personally, it seems a pretty standard article about a battle), then please nominate it for deletion through the regular process, WP:AFD. Thanks! Deville (Talk) 13:15, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion in general
Hi, I've gone through your contributions and noticed that you've nominated a large number of articles for speedy deletion, and I have to say that not a single one of these qualifies in my mind as a candidate for speedy deletion. You've tagged articles as "nonsense" which are perfectly well-written and coherent, e.g. Modern Armenian; you've tagged articles as "A7" which certainly assert the notability of their subject, e.g. Berge Setrakian.
I'm starting to suspect that you might not understand exactly what these criteria for speedy deletion really mean (and I also notice that you have a theme in those articles you are tagging). Please stop using the speedy deletion tag for the meantime; if you think these articles should be deleted, none of them qualify for speedy but they might qualify for WP:AFD. If you want to discuss further about the deletion procedures, I am happy to do so, please reply here or on my talk page. Deville (Talk) 13:27, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

- Hello, thanks for your reply but why did u find article like Azat Or fine, if it contains only one sentence? Wikipedia is encyclopedia not directory.--NovaSkola (talk) 14:29, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
- I'm not arguing that the article should stay. What I'm saying is that this article does not meet the qualifications of a speedy deletion. That process is for articles which are complete nonsense, copyright violations, personal attacks, things like that. Without question, an article being short is not grounds for it to be speedily deleted. Again, let me be clear that my removal of the db tag is not an assertion that the article should be kept, but an assertion that it is not to be deleted without discussion. If you think that this article should be deleted, then the best thing to do would be to nominate it for AfD, see WP:AFDHOWTO; it can then be discussed. Deville (Talk) 16:52, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

Sorry to trouble you! I notice that you are making a template for the Azerbaijani football league, and have used the Scottish first division template - but you havent worked on it since 21 May 2009, and the template is being linked to Scottish categories. Are you still planning to work on it, or should we delete it? Do you need any help with it? Macarism (Talk to me) 11:47, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- I hope you don't mind, but i've made some edits to your template to reflect the Azerbaijani nature of it, to avoid confusion. The edits mainly centre around switching the word "Scottish" to "Azerbaijan", but it still requires work. I hope it does not interfere with your plans for the template. Re: Azerbaijan Premier League 2009-10
Thanks a lot for the info. Do you maybe know anything about the number of matches that will be played in Premier League (22 or 33)? SonjiCeli (talk) 14:35, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks. It's not a big deal, but it is important for making results tables and overall layout of the article. SonjiCeli (talk) 08:57, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Azersun Holding
A tag has been placed on Azersun Holding requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Proposed deletion of RPE Iglim
The article RPE Iglim has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- claims of notability are not backed up with citations to reliable sources
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. RadioFan (talk) 12:34, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
