For that one, I'd rather that the IFD run its course. The difference is that for the houston chronicle image, the text is not legible and it is very low resolution. There are plenty of newspaper articles that aren't on the internet that are used here as sources. Check out Akris, which I just wrote, for example. To cite to the source, just write the name of the article, the author (if appropriate), the newspaper, and the date. If someone wants to verify it, they can check LexisNexis or go to the library.
