Bryanston Distribution Company was an American film distribution company that was active during the early 1970s. The company specialized in the release of independently produced horror, science-fiction and pornographic films.

The company's first title was The Party at Kitty and Stud's (1970), an X-rated film that is best remembered for having a young unknown named Sylvester Stallone as the male lead. After Stallone became a major Hollywood star, that film was re-released years later by another company as The Italian Stallion. The company had its first major hit in 1973 with the release of Andy Warhol's Frankenstein, an X-rated, 3D film that was later re-released under its European title, Flesh for Frankenstein.

Among the company's more notable non-pornographic releases were the 1974 horror film The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and director John Carpenter's first film, Dark Star, from the same year. Both films became major cult film classics. The company courted controversy in 1975 with Ralph Bakshi's racially-tinged Coonskin. Later in 1975, the company ceased operations.
