I'm not sure what the reason was for [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=David_Pearce_%28Australian_soldier%29&curid=13953223&diff=168031258&oldid=167755798 this change]. I'm going to revert, because the reference says "second", but if you can find a reference saying otherwise, then I'd be happy for it to change. Please take the time to write an edit summary for the chagnes you make. I couldn't initially see the reason for the deletion you did in the VC article - had you explained it properly I wouldn't have wasted time initially reverting you, and then reverting myself when I realised what the reason was. There is a setting in user prefernces which you can set to remind you to include an edit summary. Generally they don't have to be long, and often comething like "copyedit", "typo" etc is fine, but it is important, particularly when you reomve information from articles. Where did you reference the changing of the numbers on the Bill Apiata article. This article has been referenced and the NZGov press pack lists him as being the 22nd New Zealand military personnel to be awarded the VC. I have amended the article accordingly. Thought i should let you know. Any questions can be left on my talk page or on the article talk page. Thanks Woodym555 11:57, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure what the reason was for this change. I'm going to revert, because the reference says "second", but if you can find a reference saying otherwise, then I'd be happy for it to change. Mark Chovain 09:27, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
