''There should be one world government in the form of a Republic with a mixed economic system without paper or coined currency. Monopolies would be illegal. The Republic should be a Parliamentary Democracy with strict guidelines as to whom may be elected and career politicians shall be shunned. There should be one national ID/debit card that would serve all purposes needed for identification and financial transactions. The world will be broken into natural geographical regions and with the population evenly and diversely dispersed throughout the Republic. A new synthetic language will replace all spoken tongues and a philosphical code will be devised for the people to live by that does not interfere with popular religious beliefs. The Republic will be officially Agnostic neither acknowledging nor denying the existence of the supernatural though completely abstaining from any theological debates ruling them insignificant to the role of the state. Everyone will be required to complete 16 years of compulsory education broken into four divisions starting at age four. The adult age will be 17. There should be a national DNA and fingerprint database where everyone is documented. All violent anti-government elements will be harshly suppressed. There will be no death penalty. There will be penal colonies throughout the republic instituting forced labor for convicted criminals. There would be no war only civil unrest since there is only one government. The World Army/Police Force will only serve to disrupt civil unrest and has no political clout and is under the full authority of the people through elected officials of the government. Victimless crimes may not be served with improsonment. Nuclear energy is the future and can be applied safely with minimal environmental impact. All future expansion should be in desert or rocky environments where there will be little environmental impact since we have technology to adapt to all surroundings...''

Also, the artificial synthesis of life can eventually lead to the elimination of harmful [viral and bacterial] infectious ailments through new organisms that are created to aid the human immune system for the species to be almost immortal.
