Where did you reference the changing of the numbers on the [[Bill Apiata]] article. This article has been referenced and the [http://img.scoop.co.nz/media/pdfs/0707/VCmediakit2jul07.pdf NZGov press pack] lists him as being the 22nd New Zealand military personnel to be awarded the VC. I have amended the article accordingly. Thought i should let you know. Any questions can be left on my talk page or on the article talk page.
