[[Tumen]] is a village in Ashok Nagar, district of Madhya Pradesh state, [[India]]. This village district is located in the south direction from Ashok Nagar.

This ancient estate boasts history. There are many ancient sites in this village. It was the city of King Moradhwaj in ancient times. The name of this city was called Tamraparni at the time of his Puni Tamradhwaja. And at the time of Tumvandhvaj, the son of Tamradhwaj, this city got its name Tumvvan. It is currently known as Tumen. Remains of many ancient estates continue to be found in the excavation here
