Public service units under

On September 15, 2022, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 63/2022/NĐ-CP regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs. In particular, the regulation stipulates that Hà Nội University of Home Affairs merges into the (Vietnam) National Academy of Public Administration. On December 19, 2022, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision No. 27/2022/QĐ-TTg regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the (Vietnam) National Academy of Public Administration. Among them, the decision to merge Hà Nội University of Home Affairs into the (Vietnam) National Academy of Public Administration. These merger regulations and decisions will be officially implemented on January 1, 2023.
