Mill Creek (Nodaway River tributary)

Mill Creek is a stream in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of Nodaway River and is 12.3 miles long.[2]

Mill Creek begins at the confluence of the East Mill Creek and the West Mill Creek about 0.8 miles south of the Iowa/Missouri border. The Middle Mill Creek joins the East Mill Creek about a mile south of College Springs, Iowa about a mile north of the Missouri border. As Mill Creek flows southeasterly to the Nodaway River both Jerry Creek and Moss Branch join it, just north and south of Elmo, respectively. The stream enters the Nodaway River just south of US 136 a mile west of Burlington Junction.

Mill Creek was so named on account of a watermill near its course.[3]
