Mauricio José Arteaga (born 8 August 1988 in Cuenca) is an Ecuadorian racewalker.[1][2]

Career

He competed in the 20 km walk at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where he placed 44th.[3] He was disqualified at the 2016 Summer Olympics.[4]

In 2019, he competed in the men's 20 kilometres walk at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[5] He did not finish his race.[5]
