Overview
The college offers training in key areas including ballet, tap dance, jazz, contemporary dance, singing, and drama, and provides a Professional 3-Year Diploma in Musical Theatre/Dance, accredited by the Council for Dance Education and Training. Scholarships and funding awards are available to students.
Masters Performing Arts College is an approved center of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), allowing students to obtain nationally recognized dance teaching qualifications in ballet, tap, and modern theatre dance.[citation needed]
Performances
The college stages an annual production in July at The Shaw Theatre in London, showcasing the work of students across all three years. This event is attended by industry professionals and the students' families. Additionally, a Year 3 Graduate Showcase is held each May at The Leicester Square Theatre, where agents and directors often attend to assist graduates in securing representation and employment.
