Macrophage-stimulating protein (MSP ), also known as hepatocyte growth factor-like protein (HLP , HGFL , or HGFLP ), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MST1 (macrophage-stimulating 1 ) gene .[ 5] [ 6] [ 7]
