Plot

Tom sets up traps for Jerry but is interrupted by a radio announcement declaring it "Be Kind To Animals" week. He replaces the traps with gifts, only to find Jerry's diary and read about their past encounters. Each entry sparks a memory of their misadventures, from golfing mishaps to dynamite disasters. As Tom's frustration grows, he destroys Jerry's presents in anger. When Jerry returns home, Tom tries to strangle him, but the radio reminds him to be kind. Instead, Tom throws a pie at Jerry, leaving him dazed
