Gmina Ośno Lubuskie is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Ośno Lubuskie, which lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-east of Słubice, 40 km (25 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski, and 72 km (45 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 197.97 square kilometres (76.4 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 6,426.
