I have no idea why there are no Canadian copyright license options in the uploading process - BetaCommandBot seems to come along and destroy anything that doesn't have a tag, so I'm using the incorrect one in the hopes that it will not delete this also. If anyone wants to correct the tag, feel free - I haven't a clue how.
