A sharp, lustrous and translucent, yellow-orange orpiment crystal on a bit of matrix from the 1970s to early 1980s finds at Quiruvilca, Peru. This fine crystal is complete all-around and is pristine. An excellent toenail for the species and locality. The two backlit photos highlight the rich color and translucency of the crystal. 2.8 x 2.0 x 1.9 cm
