- It is low-resolution
- It is not negating any commercial opportunity
- It is critically discussed within the article (specifically, the Legacy section), significantly adding to the reader's understanding of the lasting legacy of Edward Low and his impact upon popular culture
- There is no free equivalent, as the copyright of the image will always ultimately be held by the original owner of the painting (in this case, Disney)
