Čeština: Vlajka obce Loučka, okres Vsetín. Zelený list s bílým karé se dvěma červenými rovnoramennými trojúhelníky vycházejícími z dolního okraje karé a s vrcholy na horním okraji. Pod karé přivrácená radlice a krojidlo hroty dolů, oboje žluté. Ve střední části žlutá berla závitem k vlajícímu okraji. Ve vlající části kráčející ovce převýšená korunou, obojí bílé.
