A large section of the "Performances" sections discusses the differences between a realistic approach and a stylised one. This image is used to represent the latter. The play is notable in being Shakespeare's most violent, and this is often noted as being the most violent scene. This image conveys clearly at a glance a good example of what is difficult to convey adequetely through textual description. |
