"Sobre campo de gules un castillo de plata y en su puerta una dama sentada, con cabeza coronada, vestida de época, gola al cuello, manto floreado y una armadura, en azul con realces de oro, que cubre su torso y sus brazos. Sobre el pecho de la matrona las armas de los Girones de segunda generación. En su mano diestra una espada desenvainada y en ristre, y en la siniestra un manojo de espigas de trigo. En el cantón siniestro del jefe un sol de oro figurado. Dama y castillo se asientan, en perspectiva, sobre un paisaje campestre que ocupa la barba del escudo, constituido por una amplia franja de tierra en tonos verdes y una franja inferior aparentemente de agua, en azul, mucho más estrecha. Como timbre, sobre el todo, corona abierta: círculo de oro guarnecido de pedrería y realzado con ocho florones (visibles en el frontal tres enteros y dos medios en los laterales), interpolados de perlas levantadas sobre pequeñas puntas (visibles en el frontal, cuatro)."
