This image is public domain. I ran a contest on bitcointalk.org that resulted in the creation of this image in July 2012. I paid the awards offered in the contest, and one of the explicit conditions of participation and receiving the award was that the work be published in the public domain. The QR and address overlaid by Bitaddress.org is not copyrightable due to absence of creative content, as it consists only of an encoded random number, and the presence of these overlays does not change the public domain characteristic of this image in any way.
