Dream Count is a novel written by Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.[1][2][3][4] The novel features characters Chiamaka, a Nigerian travel writer stranded in America during the pandemic, Zikora, Omelogor, and Kadiato.[5]

Reception

According to Book Marks, the book received a "positive" consensus, based on twelve critics: seven "rave", two "positive", one "mixed", and two "pan".[6]

In a review for the Associated Press, Helen Wieffering acknowledged Dream Count's "vibrant energy" and said it "succeeds because every page is suffused with empathy, and because Adichie’s voice is as forthright and clarifying as ever".[7]
