We don’t yet know when James Shaw will retire from parliament; this might not happen this year. Yet this article says that Hernandez has already succeeded him and is an MP, both of which is untrue. • future tense for MP
• hide parlbox
• hide MP in infobox

Well, I'm assuming that you use VisualEditor. And I'm too ignorant to know how to hide content using that. I use Source editor and with that, you get some shortcuts shown underneath the edit windows.
