• @Birnsj: The quotes are actually what make it so promotional, so you need to re-write almost the entire thing from scratch. You also have to provide sourcing to show where the game is notable enough for an article. Offhand it looks like the game might not have released yet, so be aware that it might not pass notability guidelines at this point in time since most of what little coverage I'm seeing is more announcements that the game will release. • In any case, this will give you time to work on improving the article since you've expressed interest in improving it. Be very, very careful about putting in quotes since not only can these be seen as promotional but using them for most of the article can also be considered a potential WP:COPYVIO.
