Russian sprinter
Alyona Aleksandrovna Mamina (née Tamkova) (Russian: Алёна Александровна Мамина (Тамкова); born Mai 30, 1990 in Sverdlovsk) is a Russian track and field sprinter who specialises in the 400 metres.
