The 2025 Ayer Kuning by-election is an upcoming by-election for the Perak State Legislative Assembly seat of Ayer Kuning. It was called following the death of incumbent, Ishsam Shahruddin on 22 February 2025.[1][2][3] The election must be held within 60 days from the date the seat fell vacant, which is by 23 April 2025. Ishsam served as Member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly (MLA) from 2022.
