American college football season
The 1983 West Texas State Buffaloes football team was an American football team that represented West Texas State University (now known as West Texas A&M University) as a member of the Missouri Valley Conference during the 1983 NCAA Division I-AA football season. In their second year under head coach Don Davis, the team compiled a 0–10–1 record with a mark of 0–5–1 in conference play, and finished last in the MVC.
