Here are some tasks awaiting attention:

• Article requests : You can help by tagging the talk pages of all articles in Category:Water sports with our talk page banner: {{WikiProject Water sports}}
• Cleanup : Cleanup Surfboard
• Expand : Rename/improve/expand ripcurl, Grain Surfboards; find and add reliable references
• Photo : need better pictures of a windsurfing universal joint (hourglass and tendon type). One photo is currently in Coupling, but it's not an ideal photo.
• Split : Windsurfing related items: make dedicated articles for Windsurfing board (such as article for Surfboard), Mast (windsurfing), and Fin (windsurfing) (such as article for Surfboard fin)
• Unreferenced : Improve/find references for Howard Rice
