User:YticagaS is super active in adding the term "Meeteisakthu" (etymologically, "Meetei+Sakthu", where "Sakthu" is a swear word) multiple times, despite being reverted each edits in the article Meitei people at here, here and here. The same was being done by an already blocked user Arambai Tenggol, multiple times, despite being reverted each. Additionally, for this user, he added that particular word to multiple articles, all of them getting reverted, at here, here, here, here again and again in page Meitei people and here in page Imphal.

User:YticagaS was active last year during November 2022 and never edited wikipedia until 24 July 2023. User:Arambai Tenggol account was created on 15 May 2023, and got blocked on 3rd June, 2023. It's very likely that after this newly created account, was blocked, the old unused account was reused. During the gap timing, it's very likely that the person had created and used other accounts, though not detected as of now. Both accounts are well noted for attacking Meitei related topics, like User:YticagaS removed Meitei translation of the title from the page Dzuko Valley at here, and the User:Arambai Tenggol added another different swear word at here in page Imphal. Since a very long time back, User:The Anonymous Earthling (suspected sock master) was edit warring by refraining from any discussion (consensus) regarding the page Dzuko Valley, claiming the valley to be part of only Nagaland (Viswema) and not of Manipur at here, here, here, here, again and again (uncountable diffs further), and removing Meitei language/Manipuri language name of the valley from the article at here, here, here, here, etc...

Similarly, this recently created account User:Sahovi Phinyo is also claiming the same thing that Dzuko valley belongs to Nagaland only at here, here, etc... This person is saying the same at the article's talk page at here {coincidentally replying to the pinging of User:The Anonymous Earthling (suspected sock master)}.

Similarly, User:YticagaS removed the Manipuri language name in this recent edit at here.

Notably, User:The Anonymous Earthling got super active in doing those edits on 23rd March 2023, the day itself, on which this person was blocked again but later auto-unblocked. 2 days back, on 21st March 2023, User:Sahovi Phinyo account was created. Using CU, I see that YticagaS, FourthOfJuly1776 and YticagaS are  Confirmed to one another - blocking them without tags for now. The Anonymous Earthling is  Technically indistinguishable, in the sense that they are using the same IP range and the same (common) UA, but some behavioural investigation would be needed to be confident enough to block. Sahovi Phinyo is on a range the others haven't used, but it has an identical geolocation (same city) and is on the same (common) UA so is maybe  Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely) - again, a behavioural evaluation would be useful.
