Mr.shaikmeer (WP:Sockpuppet investigations/Cricket Butterfly § 05 February 2024) was blocked on February 5th and the account Nss999 was created on March 9th. Mr.shaikmeer created Dwaraka Creations and Nss999 continued editing it in a similar manner. Nss999 also created Draft:Sreshth Movies, a similar topic written in a very similar style to Dwaraka Creations. These two pages makeup the majority of each account's contributions. ––FormalDude (talk) 04:07, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Pinging @HJ Mitchell, this is related to WP:Sockpuppet investigations/Cricket Butterfly. Sorry I filed it incorrectly. ––FormalDude (talk) 03:18, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Pulmowrites requesting reviews in the same manner as previous sock Milli's Boy, for the same type of South Indian films. Both users use two (~~) before their signature. Please check 1 and 2. – DreamRimmer (talk) 04:29, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

ShamiBeldee was registered shortly after the master and other sock accounts were blocked. Their first edit was to add this disclosure to their user page, and based on this disclosure, off-wiki evidence suggests a connection with the master, and I'm happy to share those details privately. SB then created Draft:Shruti Reddy, which user Rsjaffe tagged with {{paid contributions}}. After a few hours, user Serious Modi became active and moved the draft to the main namespace and removed the paid contributions tag. SM earlier moved another undisclosed paid article, draft:Wooden Street, to the main namespace after it was created by user Harin212 who was registered just two days after SM. This PR company seems to be quite active in paid editing, so I'm requesting CU based on the previous findings. GSS💬 10:35, 13 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Pinging @Rsjaffe and Steve Quinn: from Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard#Draft:Shruti Reddy in case they want to add anything here. GSS💬 14:07, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I added User:1 too 10 to this investigation. See above. I'm not sure if this is the right place for this comment. ---Steve Quinn (talk) 17:20, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In my review of the behavior involved, I felt that I was seeing 1) in Serious Modi, a "new" user who was anything but new, and 2) a paid editor ring managed by Serious Modi. I cannot comment on sockpuppet/block evasion concerns about users other than Serious Modi, as I am not privy to the off-wikipedia evidence. However, if there is concern that many of the accounts in the paid editor ring are sockpuppets instead of meatpuppets, then it may be useful to review all the users whose pages Serious Modi moved to mainspace. I am not listing them here though I can if requested. A perusal of Serious Modi's edit history will also readily produce the list. One of the users whose page was promoted by Serious Modi was Imran of Pakistan, who is already blocked for abusing multiple accounts. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 19:39, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Recreating the same spammy article, Draft:S S Karthikeya which was previously deleted as Draft:S. S. Karthikeya, there created by confirmed sock, RadisonRathod. Self-endorsed, wanting a sleeper check. Yamla (talk) 13:24, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Draft:S. S. Karthikeya is, almost entirely, copied and pasted from the G5'ed S. S. Karthikeya created by a prior sock. Thanks to @Wikishovel: for pointing this out. Yamla (talk) 16:28, 15 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This account is either the same person or a meatpuppet. The account was created a few days ago, remained inactive for about a week, and then suddenly began editing on the 24th. Their first actions were to edit draft:UV Creations ‎, remove some content, and remove the UPE tag—mirroring the behavior of the master account. Shortly after becoming autoconfirmed, they moved the draft to the main namespace. Based on their editing behavior, they don't seem like a brand-new user. GSS💬 05:10, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
