I suspect meatpuppetry because the Stalker tool shows that they edit three particular articles within 30 minutes of each other: (Biafra Liberation Army, Stanley Nwabali, and Simon Ekpa: all Nigerian topics). When questioned about this seeming cooperation between accounts, Emmanuel6103 simply replied "noted" which is pretty close to confirmation of the accusation. New SPA Johnefx created 12 February. First edits 14 February were an SP edit request at Talk:Stanley Nwabali [1], then (despite my having made no edits to Stanley Nwabali or its talk page) requested help at my user talk [2]. Today he's back at Simon Ekpa, promoting Biafra Republic Government in Exile and Biafra Liberation Army [3][4][5], and making a bizarre page move request [6].
