Biel8729 is a banned account from the Portuguese-language Wikipedia and Wikinews. It has been considered a long-term abuser since September 2021, with over a hundred sockpuppets identified so far. Recently "InvictumAlways", an account created solely for disruptive purposes, appeared here on the English-language Wikipedia, which I immediately reported to the CheckUsers on the Portuguese-language Wikipedia. The CheckUser (who is also an administrator and bureaucrat) Conde Edmond Dantès suggested that I request a CheckUser here as well, given the likelihood that there are more logs on this Wikipedia than on the Portuguese version. Below are the pieces of evidence presented there:
- "An account created for disruption on the English-language Wikipedia. As there are records on the Portuguese-language Wikipedia, verification is possible and, being a long-term abuser, it is more than necessary. To begin with, I note that the account name, in clumsily macaronic English, is similar to other Biel8729 sockpuppets, such as Perfektsionist, SuperUser1938, TheWikipedian162, Volunteer972 and WikiUserBR, among others.
- "On the behavioral side, I mention that the account elsewhere [that is, here on the English-language Wikipedia] opposed Skyshifter, whom Biel8729 has previously attempted to destabilize. More recently, they nominated several articles for deletion using sockpuppets. Adding to this is the fact that Biel8729, under the name "NCC-1701" (previously "Animadverte") on Telegram, reports InvictumAlways's edits the very minute they are made, as seen here and here (properly archived on archive.today)."
I also mention that the user Jellyfish had already suspected the account in question. RodRabelo7 (talk) 00:01, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
- Biel last edited en wiki in 2021, you'll probably have to provide some pretty strong behavioral evidence for a CU here. jellyfish ✉ 03:54, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
- There may be KwisatzH, though the account appears to have been blocked as a meatpuppet on ptwiki. jellyfish ✉ 03:59, 3 January 2025 (UTC)

- Additional information needed - Please provide names of accounts last editing within the past year, especially the past 3 months. I have nothing to compare Invictum to otherwise. Izno (talk) 03:33, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
- @Izno, another account is KwisatzH as per this. Tried (and succeeded) in making a newbie their meatpuppet, a behavior similar to that of a sockmaster on the Portuguese-language Wikipedia. The userpage containing the phrase "Hello, world!" is yet another indication that this is the long-term abuser in question, who has an editorial interest in technology.
