"Man's red flower" and "man's red fire" are just lyrics to a song. A dinglehopper is an artifact in a Disney feature film. It adds something to the story since it adds to Ariel's discovery of the human world. The two examples you just provided are just lyrics to a song and they add no value or memorabilia to even be considered a redirect.
