- This looks like a professional-produced photo, and I'm not seeing any convincing proof that the uploader took the photo or owns its copyright. Steel1943 (talk) 00:11, 21 October 2015 (UTC)

- Overwritten file: two in one.
- File uploaded by Alsandro (talk · contribs) and Pennsylvania Penguin (talk · contribs): Appears to be a painting by Stevenson Magloire. There is no evidence that the uploader is the copyright holder.
- File uploaded by Pennsylvania Penguin (talk · contribs): Dupe of File:Vincestevensonfootball.jpg. To be speedily deleted per WP:F1. Stefan2 (talk) 21:54, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
- The painting is certainly here without permission. And the dupe has no need for retention. Perhaps a fair use claim could be made for the painting, but there is no specific commentary on the painting used in Stevenson Magloire. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:24, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

- File uploaded by KoRnDoll (talk · contribs): No source and no licence. Uploaded several years later in a slightly different form under the same name on Commons by a different user who claims that it is own work by the Commons uploader. Unfortunately, we have no evidence that this is the case.

- Does the text "copyright reserved of ugyen dorji" mean that the picture is unfree? Stefan2 (talk) 23:36, 21 October 2015 (UTC)
- It suggests that the uploader is not the copyright owner. It raises a question as to whether this can be released to the public domain or not by uploader. But this person looks to be inactive here. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 00:30, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

- File uploaded by Hzoi (talk · contribs): Claimed to be a work of the United States Government with a link to a United States Government website. The link doesn't seem to work for me. If it can be verified that the file is a work of the United States Government, then the file can be kept, otherwise delete.

- Regarding the file I uploaded: while the Army has changed the website and no longer displays that photo, you can see a photo taken from another vantage point on the current JAG School website, [1]. As an Army employee who witnessed the photo on an Army website, I can vouch that the photo was Army work product, but if it is deleted, I will not lose sleep at night. Hzoi (talk) 21:25, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- Actually, since the JAG School article doesn't even link to this photo anymore, it can safely be deleted. Hzoi (talk) 21:27, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
