- File:Yess.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Not sure but this looks like promotional artwork. Clarification is needed to link it with the uploader. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 00:16, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- This image is bit-for-bit identical with an image id:Berkas:Yess!.jpg uploaded in 2009 to ID WP, but that image claims fair use, not a CC license. The uploader was recently blocked on Commons for repeatedly uploading non-free files (see commons:User talk:Carly Jepsen). —RP88 (talk) 04:27, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

- File:Agnes Monica at AMA 2010.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- A number of matches on Google Images, confirmation of this as the original is needed. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 00:18, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- Lack of EXIF data suggests this isn't the work of the uploader. I've also found larger version via Google. Eeekster (talk) 02:10, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- This is definitely a copyright violation. It's a rights managed Getty Image (#105209497) and the photographer is Kevin Winter, not the uploader. The uploader is currently blocked on Commons for repeatedly uploading non-free files with spurious claims that they are free (see commons:User talk:Carly Jepsen). —RP88 (talk) 04:19, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

- File:AWB 1994 sources - side by side.pdf (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Source confirmation of text extracts used required. Confirmation of them as PD-US-GOV or simmilar would be ideal. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 00:19, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- Why did you add {{Copy to Commons}} if you think that it is unfree? Probably {{PD-USGov}}. --Stefan2 (talk) 18:50, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
- Uploader added better data, so withdrawn Sfan00 IMG (talk) 17:28, 5 November 2013 (UTC)

- File:Ravensbruck.JPG (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Not moved to commons because of FoP concern in respect of origin country, No date or sculptor information for work. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:49, 2 November 2013 (UTC)
- The "droit d'auteur" has probably not expired yet, so porting it to the Commons would be not be possible. These monuments are supposed to be a reminder of the atrocities of the Second World War, fair use of a depiction (within Wikipedia) is probably within Wikipedia:Non-free content.
- Delete Violates WP:NFCC#1 and WP:NFCC#8. There are pre-1923 gravestones on this cemetery and there is no critical discussion about this grave. --Stefan2 (talk) 18:48, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
