- File:Goksu Park Ankara.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- According to the Article 27 of the Turkish copyright law, its copyright has not expired. So it's not a public domain. Takabeg (talk) 04:22, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- However, it is older than 70 years, so I believe it is now in the public domain per {{PD-old-70}}. 198.102.153.2 (talk) 20:25, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Why do you think this is older than 70 years ? Unfortunately there was not this park before 70 years. This park was opened on July 5, 2003. (5 Temmuz 2003 Göksu Parkı'nın açılışı) Takabeg (talk) 01:41, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Cannot be found at given source website. No indication that it is in the public domain. Head (talk) 09:20, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- I added link. The copyright holder of this photograph is the Ministry of National Education, and it was published in 1930. According to Act 27 of the Turkish copyright low, this photograph is a public domain (1930 + 70 = 2000). We can transfer this image to Commons. Takabeg (talk) 09:52, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- I uploaded same file on commons. Now we can delete this file. Takabeg (talk) 03:40, 23 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- File:ESFC1.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- The file depicted here is the club logo of Scottish football team East Stirlingshire F.C., and I believe that the copyright belongs to them, and to list this file as GFDL is incorrect. I believe it should be listed as a non-free logo, however I am unsure as to whether the logo is indeed free, so I have listed it here in the hope that someone who is more copyright and policy savvy than me can deal with it properly. Sockpuppet of what I call commons:Category:Sockpuppets of Sabadelli on Commons. Long term vandalm, vandalizing the wiki with stolen files for 4+ years. The last two sockpuppets dealt with at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files/2011 July 13#Files by L'Écolier and Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files/2011 July 13#Files by DanishWolf but regrettably this not has an end. The opposite, this bloody copyvio uploader just created some new sockpuppets on Commons. --Martin H. (talk) 22:23, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
