Listing per concerns at BLPN and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/David Dao. It is in the user space, so it gets more leeway, but the discussion of the past criminal actions is unclear and a violation of WP:NPF, and keeping it in the user space of an indefinitely blocked user after an AfD seems to be against the spirit of the BLP policy. • Delete The article failed to demonstrate notability, the draft does not either. But the BLP issues per nom are fundamental. Although I don't think the blocking of the author is particularly relevant.
